Breakdown assistance
Our technicians are available Tue-Fri to assist with any issues you may have with your mobility products.
We can assist with issues related to batteries, breakdowns, or flat tyres.
We can also assist with supplier warranty claims if the product is still within its warranty period and it has been purchased from WOW Mobility.
Preventative Maintenance
Manufacturers recommend doing an annual service which takes a couple of hours and can be carried out by specialist maintenance and repair experts in your home or at a workshop. It’s recommended that you give your mobility equipment a major service each year.

Have electrical equipment that you're concerned about? We are able to safety test and tag electrical items for you.
Replacement parts
