WOW! Mobility & Rehab welcomes the recent announcement by the Federal Government to consider more resources to stop fraud within the service.

Sadly, false invoices, organised crime syndicates, and overcharging for services have been allowed to exploit the scheme.

Here at WOW! – we take our role as a service provider seriously and believe that the other providers we deal with locally, like us, have the participants’ best interests at the forefront.

As a registered NDIS provider, we can assist you with personal care and safety products, household tasks and personal mobility equipment to help you achieve your independence goals.

Our showroom has many low-cost consumable products through to more complex assistive technology solutions. We also offer rentals, expert service, and repairs as our technicians are available Tue-Fri to assist with any issues with your mobility products. For example, we can help with issues related to batteries, breakdowns, or flat tyres. 

If you are an allied health professional wanting to trial a product with your client, we have a free three-day product trial so that you can take it directly to the participant’s residence. Provide your client’s payment details with us at the time of pickup, and if the item is successful in making life easier for them, you can leave the product with the client to ensure they get it in the fastest possible timeframe.
